Terms & Conditions
Brand Clarity Sessions are one-to-one online discussions intended to provide practical branding, positioning and communication guidance based on professional experience and outside perspective.
Sessions are discussion-led, tailored to the individual business and designed to help provide clearer direction, stronger positioning and more confident communication.
By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Payment
Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the available booking system.
Bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been received.
All prices are listed in GBP.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.
Where sufficient notice is provided, clients may either:
- reschedule the session subject to availability
- request a full refund
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally non-refundable.
Reasonable flexibility may be offered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Sublime Creatives.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will normally be considered forfeited.
Session Scope
Brand Clarity Sessions are intended to provide practical branding and positioning guidance only.
The sessions are not:
- business coaching
- legal advice
- financial advice
- therapeutic services
- implementation or production services
Discussions and recommendations are intended as outside perspective and professional guidance rather than guaranteed commercial outcomes.
Implementation and business decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Follow-Up Notes
Each session includes concise follow-up summary notes provided as a PDF document.
These notes are intended to summarise key discussion points, observations and suggested next steps.
The follow-up document is not intended to function as a full strategic branding document, formal consultancy report or exhaustive implementation plan.
One reasonable clarification or follow-up query may be made by email following the session if required. Additional review, consultation or ongoing support may require a separate booking or agreement.
Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions will be treated respectfully and in confidence.
No confidential business information will be intentionally shared with third parties unless required by law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any materials, assets or information discussed during the session.
Intellectual Property
Any existing client materials, brands or business assets remain the property of the client.
Any processes, frameworks, methodologies or original materials created by Sublime Creatives remain the intellectual property of Sublime Creatives unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Brand Clarity Sessions are intended to provide guidance, perspective and discussion only.
Sublime Creatives accepts no liability for business decisions, financial outcomes, commercial performance or actions taken following the session.
